"This review is long over due but Cali Custom Alignments is the real deal. Staff is super friendly and approachable if that makes sense? Chris and his wife are super professional and knowledgeable not a doubt in my mind when I dropped my car off that there would be any issues. Some shops tend to be arrogant especially if you have limited knowledge on suspension and aligning your vehicle but you can tell Chris and his wifes responses to my questions were genuine and the pricing is super reasonable, Cant say thank you enough guys. "Went there to have my alignment done after new tires. First, everyone who worked there was super nice. I appreciate that they were really nice and were communicating with me about the process, wait times, and what to expect. Second, the guy that did my alignment who I think is the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked me about my car, my concerns, and if there was anything that I wanted him to look at or address when he does my alignment. Usually if you go to any alignment shop, they just do it real quick and send you on your way and you leave not knowing what they even did, but not here. Overall I’m super happy with this shop and will definitely recommend them to everyone. I don’t always go back to write reviews but the service they provided for me, I felt the least I could do was share my experience.."
